We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to work with us at Cre8tive Space. We’re also looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a team. At Cre8tive Space, projects work best when people collaborate well, communicate openly and support each other on and off site. You’ll be joining a close-knit community that values professionalism, trust, good humour and people who are willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in together.
You’ll be supporting the delivery of high-quality interior construction and workspace projects, working closely with our project team to keep sites running smoothly, securely, safely and professionally.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within interior construction
- Organised and proactive
- Strong with people and communication
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Confident managing site safety and day-to-day coordination
You’ll need:
- Hold current security clearance (SC)
- SMSTS
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong understanding of H&S processes
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience in fast-paced project environments
