Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager in the UK to join their team.
Under the direction of the Commercial Director, the Business Development Manager will support business development throughout Europe.
The role includes discussing and managing requirements for customers and ensuring ongoing development and growth.
The position requires regular communication with sales and operational staff to offer support and assistance, as well as engaging with high level customer contacts responsible for key purchasing decisions at asset and corporate levels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end RFQ process by evaluating client requirements, preparing and submitting competitive quotations, following up strategically, and leveraging market insights to convert opportunities into profitable business wins.
Lead face-to-face engagements with prospective and existing clients, conducting detailed techno-commercial discussions to understand project requirements, present tailored solutions, and position the company as a strategic partner.
These meetings aim to build long-term client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and support the overall sales and growth strategy within the region.
