The Project Planner reporting to the Business Planning Manager will assist with new project plans and take actions on setting up and maintaining the planning process flow for each new project to maintain, enhance and assure fulfilment of the business planning procedures, guidelines, and processes.

Major Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and update the different departments' planning tools in line with project plans.
  • Collect different departments' updates and incorporate them into the in-house developed systems, populate the reports, and keep all business areas up to date in terms of schedule changes.
  • Maintain projects database with up-to-date information.
  • Work on different projects schedules, programs, and reporting systems to issue weekly and monthly reports.

Job Specific Education Required:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management function as planner, document controller or project coordinator.
