CRCC Asia is an international education organisation that facilitates international professional development programmes in over 5 cities across 6 countries globally, including China, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, and India.
CRCC Asia has been in operation for 18 years, partnering with over 65 universities and governmental bodies globally, and has sent more than 10,000 students abroad through its award-winning internship programmes. Our internship programmes take place across a variety of dynamic sectors, including business, finance, engineering, law, and much more.
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for growing CRCC Asia's network of partner host companies and supporting them as they host our participants. Our Business Development team focuses on three main areas:
- Support the development of an email outreach campaign targeting suitable potential Host Companies
- Use mailshots, social media, and events to innovatively outreach to potential Host Companies
- Lead Nurturing and Development
Manage a portfolio of existing host companies in preparation for the annual relaunch of our international internship programmes. Assist with the Host Company documentation needed for participants’ visas. Keep information up to date in our CRM system. This is an opportunity to gain firsthand insights into our programme from a student-facing perspective.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of business development-related experience in a similar sector
- Active listening skills and effective written communication, particularly in professional email and online correspondence
- Fluency in English is a must
- Organisation and project management skills
- Data management or previous use of a CRM system
