Our internship programs take place across a variety of dynamic sectors, including business, finance, engineering, law, and much more.
JOB SUMMARY
The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for expanding and managing CRCC Asia’s network of UK university partners and host companies. This dual-facing role combines strategic relationship management, business development, and program operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive program growth, support logistics, and ensure the delivery of high-quality internship experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
University Partnerships
- Manage and grow a portfolio of UK university partners, including standard, custom, and faculty-led programs
- Identify and secure new partnerships through outreach, marketing campaigns, events, and conferences.
- Advise institutions on creating and launching international internship programs
- Conduct campaigns to grow relationships with new departments and contacts laterally across campus
- Plan annual program logistics in coordination with university partners and the Program Management team
- Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure an accurate understanding of the university partners\' requirements
- Conduct program evaluations, collect, manage data, and provide reports to various stakeholders
Host Company Partnerships
- Leverage a combination of email marketing, social media, and event participation to innovatively outreach to potential Host Companies
- Manage a portfolio of existing host companies in preparation for the annual relaunch of our international internship programs
- Keep Host Companies up to date with our programs and relevant information
- Assess Host Companies to check they are in line with H&S protocols and suitable for our programs
- Match participants with suitable host companies based on their profiles and preferences
- Assist with documentation for visa processing and placement preparation
- Maintain accurate records and communication in the CRM system
EXPERIENCES / QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional experience in business development and account management
- Must have experience in higher or international education and a strong network within UK universities
- In-depth understanding of UK education institutions and practices; familiarity with programs such as The Turing Scheme and Generation UK is highly desirable
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated passion for education and international travel
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a flexible and proactive approach to work
- Strong organisational and project management abilities
- Experience with data management and CRM systems
