JOB SUMMARY
CRCC Asia is looking for a sales professional looking to enter the field of international education. The University Partnerships Manager will be responsible for growing CRCC Asia's network of partner universities and supporting them as they develop study abroad and internship programs. Our University Partnerships team focuses on two roles: New Partnership Development and Partnership Account Management. The position will work collaboratively with our regional and global teams to strengthen existing partnerships as well as establish new relationships at higher education institutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development Duties (45%)
- Lead Generation & New Business (Primary Focus)
- Proactively source, qualify, and close new university partners through direct outreach, cold/warm prospecting, and networking
- Generate and nurture engagement with stakeholders via regular in-person and online meetings
- Represent the organisation in a professional manner at key partner events
- Own and manage a sales pipeline from first contact to signed partnership
- Run outbound campaigns to universities and departments across assigned regions
- Consistently work towards partnership and revenue targets
- Timely follow up on leads and opportunities to drive conversions
- Manage a portfolio of partner universities with a commercial mindset
- Grow accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion of program volume
- Identify new departments, programs, or cohorts within existing institutions to increase revenue
- Act as the commercial point of contact post-close to ensure repeat and expanded business
- Coordinate internally to ensure programs are delivered as agreed
- Support planning and logistics in collaboration with internal teams
- Represent CRCC Asia at conferences, recruitment events, and partner meetings when required
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and revenue tracking in CRM
- Report on outreach activity, conversions, and partnership performance
- Contribute to post-program and account performance reviews
- Liaise with the Admissions team to confirm student’s applications, and ensure an accurate understanding of university partners' requirements
- Support digital marketing campaigns, webinars, or outreach
EXPERIENCES / QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of proven B2B sales, business development, or account management experience
- Proven track record to meet or exceed revenue targets in a commission-driven sales role
- Demonstrated experience in closing deals, handling objections, and negotiating
- Strong outbound mindset – you are not afraid of cold outreach
- Exposure to short-term, faculty-led programmes
- Motivated by results, commission, and revenue impact
- Organised, resilient, and follow-up driven
- Experience with CRM systems
- Able to maintain oversight of projects while conducting semi-frequent to frequent outreach trips to universities and conferences
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in higher education, international internships, study abroad, mobility, travel and tourism or wider edtech/training sectors
- Experience of living or working abroad would also be highly beneficial
- Experience of supporting higher education and/or international education stakeholders
- Passion for travel and education
