About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient flow of goods throughout the business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 10-15 employees, driving operational performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and championing health and safety standards. You will play a key role in creating a positive working environment, developing team capability, and delivering operational excellence across Goods In, Storage, Inventory Management and Despatch functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Monitor daily warehouse performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to the Operations Manager.
