Situated in beautifully landscaped parkland, my client's 250 bed hotel offers bright and airy event spaces perfect for conferences, meetings and events, weddings and special events. There is also a health spa, swimming pool and golf course.
The role:
- Maintain an optimum and exceptional level of customer care and service to both internal and external customers.
- Stay fully conversant with the hotel, the company product, and facilities.
- Deal with guest comments and complaints in a constructive and empathetic manner, with the objective of resolving the complaint prior to departure.
- Carry out regular checks/patrols around all areas of the building, taking appropriate action to ensure standards of cleanliness, safety and general appearance are maintained.
