Due to growth, our client is looking for a Service Technician to join their family run business based in Daventry. You will need to be a skilled and experienced Service Technician who takes pride in their work and is confident speaking to customers. In this role you will be responsible for conducting repairs, diagnostics and servicing agricultural, garden and groundcare machinery. What We βre Looking For? * Previous experience working with garden, groundcare, agricultural or related machinery * Understanding of the business * Background in hydraulics, electrical or farming industry * Full UK Driving Licence β Clean licence preferred * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work Independently and as a Team * The ability to communicate with customers * Problem solving and a knack for diagnostics Your Role: * Conducting repairs, diagnostics and servicing garden and groundcare machinery. * Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance * Using tablets and phone * Using company van * Keeping accurate records of all jobs and parts used * Supporting the branch service manager in delivering operational excellence * Working directly with the customer to gain a full understanding of their needs * Delivery exceptional customer service Benefits: * Company Pension * Company van for work travel * On-site parking * Manufactural training and development opportunities * Up to 26 days holiday * Well-being day
