We have teamed up to help support a well‑established and growing business based in Daventry. We are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Account Manager who has a passion for motorsport, to become a part of our client's family‑run business. Our client is a specialist in the metal and plastic industry and is now looking for someone to bring into the team to help support their growing business. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience in customer service, administration or account management who would like to join a company who believes in progression.

Please note that this role may involve some manual handling of metal tubes, bars, and sheets.

Work Hours

Monday to Friday - 08:30-17:00 (1 Hour Lunch)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling customers enquiries via email and telephone
  • Preparing and issuing customer quotations
  • Creating purchase orders for stock and back‑to‑back orders
  • Liaising with sales and warehouse team to ensure timely order dispatch
  • Accurately checking and referencing incoming and outgoing documentations

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous sales, administration or customer service background
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
