Production Machine Operative Monday to Friday Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 (Friday 08:30-16:00) £25,958 per year CRC are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Machine Operative for a client based in Daventry. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the preparation of joints for coated abrasive. You will need to ensure product quality, machine efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and operate joint preparation machines according to production specification * Monitor machine performance and make adjustment as needed * Inspect joints for quality and consistency * Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues * Maintain accurate production records and follow work orders * Cutting lengths * Assembly and pressing * Slitting to required width * Nesting belts * Packing and quality control inspection * Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies * General warehouse duties Secondary Duties: * Centre bore hole drilling * Wheel Marking * Blind end hole drilling * Gluing and shank mounting * Curing * Dressing to size What We\’re Looking For: * Basic Mechanical understanding of production processes * Ability to read and interpret technical documents and measurements * Attention to detail and commitment to quality * Good communication and teamwork skills * Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation role preferred Benefits: * Pension * On-site parking * Shut down for Christmas and New Year * Discount * 20+ BH holiday (After 4 years you will then gain a 1 extra day up to 25 days a year holiday)
