Operations Manager 37.5 hours per week 45,000 to 55,000 DOE Permanent role About the role: The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable day-to-day operation of the manufacturing business.
The role ensures that customer orders are delivered on time, to the required quality standards and within budget, whilst driving continuous improvement across production, planning, purchasing, facilities and logistics.

Identify and remove operational bottlenecks.
Planning Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer delivery requirements.
Ensure materials, labour and equipment resources are aligned with production demands.
