Leading from the front in this role, your day to day duties would include, but are not limited to:

  • Compiling staff rotas.
  • Dealing with leave requests and arranging cover when necessary.
  • Planning workloads.
  • Allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets.
  • Briefing teams on new initiatives, changes to targets and company news.
  • Maintaining safety standards.
  • Training staff and ensuring training is up to date.
  • Ensuring that quality standards are upheld.
  • Conducting performance reviews.
  • Customer liaison.
  • Overseeing business audits.

Previous supervisory experience is essential as well as previous MHE use such as PPT or FLT. SAP knowledge is advantageous.
