Marketing and Media Executive

CRC Recruitment have partnered with a well-established family run business based in Daventry looking for an experienced Marketing and Media Executive.
They are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing and Media Executive to manage the brand presence across social medias and traditional marketing channels and to play a crucial role in enhancing the company visibility, driving growth and coordinating key promotional activities.
Please be aware that this is a 100% office-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement, creating and scheduling content across platforms
- Advertising and Promotions: Design and execute campaigns using digital and traditional media, collaborating on promotional activities to drive growth
- Content Creation: Produce consistent, high-quality content for print and digital platforms, including newsletters, blogs, and marketing materials
- Market Research: Analyse trends, customer needs, and competitors to shape marketing strategies
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, trade shows, and exhibitions, managing logistics and promotions
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with teams and partners, providing updates on marketing activities and performance
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, preparing reports and suggesting improvements
What We\\\’re Looking For
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, business or related fields
- 3-5 years of marketing/Media experience, ideally within the electrical industry
- Proven expertise in social media and traditional advertising
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Organisation skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient in social media tools and marketing software
- Creative and proactive, with a passion for industry trends and best practise
