We are seeking an organized Business Support & Facilities Coordinator. The role would suit someone with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude, who is organized, adaptable and has a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, balancing remote work with required days in the office to manage on-site needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate building maintenance and third-party contractors
- Maintain a central log of all compliance certificates and ensure all are completed in a timely manner
- Order office supplies
- Ensure accident logs are maintained and filled appropriately
- Co-ordinate Health and Safety risk assessments and be the responsible person for the administration of Health and Safety documentation
- Work with our third-party Health and Safety provider to make sure we have all documentation needed
- Schedule and co-ordinate internal meetings and distribution of meeting minutes
- Prepare and distribute business KPIs daily
- Create and format PowerPoint presentations for leadership personnel
Requirements:
- An organized methodical individual with a strong attention to detail is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise workload effectively and work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint (an understanding of AI tools to assist with these applications would be advantageous)
- High level of discretion when handling confidential business information
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-orientated mindset
- Own transport essential due to remote location of the office
