The purpose of this role is to manage and control transfers, and stock reconciliation across 3PL providers and DCs, ensuring accurate stock movement, visibility, and system integrity. The role supports effective returns-to-vendor processes, resolves stock discrepancies and queries, coordinates transfers and Big & Bulky movements, and works closely with Supply Chain, Retail, and 3PL partners to maintain correct stock levels, minimise disruption, and support efficient end-to-end operations. The role is also open to candidates without any previous 3PL administration experience. My client is equally interested in candidates who are eager to learn, keen to develop their skills, looking to progress, and able to work well as part of a team.
Key Requirements:
- Good IT skills, including Gmail and Office (particularly Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- An understanding of supply chain or stock management processes would be advantageous but is not essential
- Previous experience in administration, logistics, supply chain or warehousing is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate
