CRC are looking for a Project Manager for our client in Thetford. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced, organised, diligent and professional candidate with a strong background in Project Management or roles with similar levels of organisational skill and responsibility.

Working closely alongside our clients UK based Projects Director and his team, you will help to successfully deliver turnkey construction projects and a variety of other exciting, high-quality controlled environment builds to our renown benchmark. The company is a medium enterprise with massive aspirations. They achieve them by operating as a close-knit, supportive, flexible team. Any candidate must be able to show a willingness to pitch in and support the wider team generally whenever required. They expect all of their staff to relish consistently delivering the same outstanding results for their clients and to meet those same standards in all aspects of their working life.

Location: Thetford (Office days) Site days (Nationwide) Regular working from home arrangement possible for the right candidate.

Start Date: Soon after Interview

Salary: Highly competitive, dependent on experience

Duration: Permanent (subject to a six-month probation period)

Hours: TBC

Requirements:

  • Proven, demonstrable track record of successful delivery of complex construction projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple projects at one time and managing own workflow.
  • Proven set of tools developed for managing projects and for client communication (Task Lists, RFI trackers, Project Reports, etc).
  • Ability to read and correctly interpret technical drawings.
  • Ability to read and correctly interpret Bill of Quantities.
  • Ability to effectively manage staff and sub-contractors, keeping to (or improving on) time and budget.
  • Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills complimented by formal written follow-up.
