Hours: TBC About You : You understand the project management lifecycle, owning the process from design intent, through to final installation and snagging, developing and managing programmes, reports and trackers that support seamless execution and delivery.
You work with the Project Coordinator to ensure necessary documentation like PO's, RFQ's and supplier contracts are in place.
You're savvy, a natural negotiator, driven to secure competitive project costs to retain margin while preserving design intent.
You're commercially minded, with the ability to develop and maintain budgets, understanding risks and anticipating issues before they arise.
You remain calm even when things do go wrong, suggesting well thought out solutions to minimise the financial impact.
You have high energy, excellent attention to detail, and the appetite to take on a demanding role in a fast-paced environment.
Your excellent communication skills allow you to coordinate with installers and operators on site just as well as colleagues in the office.
You're the kind of person who has a reputation for just getting things done, using initiative to navigate new or complex situations.

Requirements
- Experience in FF&E Project Management within Education, Hospitality, Interior Design, Commercial, Residential or Joinery.
- Experience reading and interpreting design drawings, specifications and finish schedules.
- Black CSCS Managers Card.
- DBS Certification or the ability to undertake.
- First Aid at Work Certification.
- Experience and ability to write and maintain RAMS for all schemes under their management.
