A Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Crazy Pizza will support the full operational team during the summer season. You’ll manage daily service, coordinate a high-energy team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You’ll be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, upholding service standards, and fostering a vibrant atmosphere that reflects the brand’s signature style.
Your day to day:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, table settings, and service flow, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and reducing waste.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and provide exemplary service to all guests, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to effectively assist guests with their selections.
- Ensure food and service quality standards are met consistently, conducting regular inspections and staff training.
Who are you?
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- 2/3 experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment, preferably within the hospitality or fine dining restaurant.
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
