We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join our front-of-house team. This is an operational leadership role, ideal for someone with strong service experience in premium or fine dining environments who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will support the management team in delivering exceptional service standards, leading shifts and ensuring that every guest receives an outstanding experience. You will lead by example, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and maintain the highest levels of service and presentation throughout lunch, dinner and event service.

Assistant Restaurant Manager Duties:
- Supervising and coordinating daily restaurant operations during shifts.
- Leading the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supporting management with private dining and high-end event delivery.
- Liaising closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service standards.
- Training, coaching and supporting junior team members.
- Monitoring service standards, presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Handling guest feedback professionally and resolving issues promptly.
