We are seeking a Pastry Chef with a passion for excellence, a flair for fine dining, and a commitment to delivering unforgettable dining experiences. As part of our award-winning team, our Pastry Chef will be working in our brand new kitchen serving up to 30 covers daily. Our seasonal menus celebrate exceptional ingredients, including sustainably sourced fish, rare-breed meats, and local produce.

Our Pastry Chef Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar establishment.
  • A proven ability to run a section efficiently and confidently.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver excellence under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Right to work in the UK.
