Front Office Receptionist Duties:

  • Hotel guests' welcome with check‑in administration.
  • Showing guests to their bedrooms with full venue and bedroom information.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure we are always ready for each guest, including special requests.
  • Ensuring our Hotel guests' departure goes smoothly with check‑out administration, including payments.
  • Office duties including filing and reporting.
  • Assisting guests with their telephone and email enquiries/reservations, offering friendly advice to sell our bedrooms, dining and Thai massage services, and up‑sell other products.
