We are currently looking to hire an experienced Thai Sous Chef with a strong background in authentic Thai cuisine for our unique hotel and restaurant in Stadhampton. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in our kitchen. Our menus celebrate the best of Thai flavours, using premium ingredients such as sustainably sourced fish, rare-breed meats, and seasonal produce to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

Thai Sous Chef Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience cooking authentic Thai cuisine at Sous Chef level
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a busy kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Thai ingredients, techniques, and flavours
  • Ability to collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and specials
  • Confidence in managing kitchen operations during service while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Right to work in the UK
