Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu development, focusing on locally sourced, sustainable ingredients such as rare‐breed meats and fresh, seasonal produce.
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation that align with Michelin aspirations.
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Oversee kitchen operations during busy service, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and wastage to maintain efficiency and profitability.
  • Work closely with the front‐of‐house team to ensure seamless service and an unforgettable dining experience.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a high‐end, fine‐dining kitchen.
