Our Food & Beverage Manager Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a senior Food & Beverage management role in a high-volume, quality-led hospitality environment.
  • Strong operational leadership across restaurants, bars, events, and private functions.
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop Front of House teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing labour, staffing, service standards, and operational performance.
  • Exceptional guest service skills with a hands-on and solutions-focused approach.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Right to work in the UK.
