We are currently looking to hire an experienced Thai Sous Chef with a strong background in authentic Thai cuisine for our unique hotel and restaurant in Stadhampton. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in our kitchen. Thai Sous Chef Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience cooking authentic Thai cuisine at Sous Chef level
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of traditional Thai ingredients, techniques, and flavours
- Ability to collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and specials
- Confidence in managing kitchen operations during service while maintaining quality and consistency
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
