Front Office Receptionist Duties:
- Hotel guests’ welcome with check-in administration.
- Showing guests to their bedrooms with full venue and bedroom information.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure we are always ready for each guest, including special requests.
- Ensuring our Hotel guests’ departure goes smoothly with check-out administration, including payments.
- Office duties including filing and reporting.
- Assisting guests with their telephone and email enquiries/reservations, offering friendly advice to sell our bedrooms, dining and Thai massage services, and up-sell other products.
