We’re a close-knit team, that is refreshingly different to work with than many large corporates. We’re friendly, flexible and dynamic in our approach to people, projects and clients. You’ll be working as an integral part of our office support team alongside our Directors and Engineers.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Group Marketing Associate to support and deliver marketing activities across the group. This role can be based either in our Basingstoke or Poole office, and will work closely with internal teams, clients, and the wider supply chain to produce high-quality marketing materials that support brand awareness, software sales, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities across a fast-paced, technically focused environment.
Key responsibilities:- Manage and maintain group-wide social media channels
- Produce and distribute internal newsletter
- Create case studies and marketing content
- Design and update brochures and capability statements
- Support marketing activities related to software sales
- Coordinate and manage photography of office teams and on-site projects for marketing use
- Assist other business support functions, including; Business Development, Compliance, Health & Safety, Delivery
- Ensure marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging
- Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Experience using task and project management tools (e.g. Monday.com)
- Strong copywriting and content creation ability
- Previous experience in or exposure to an engineering or technical environment (beneficial)
- Website building and maintenance experience
- Graphic design capability using Adobe and other design packages
- Experience of SEO setup and on-going management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related marketing role
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative and confident working with cross-functional teams
