About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile SAP Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and support key SAP modules, including Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Finance and Controlling (FICO), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across the organization. You will collaborate closely with business units to understand their needs and deliver SAP solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Support SAP Systems: Oversee and optimize SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FICO to ensure smooth and efficient operation across business functions.
- Collaborate with Business Units: Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored SAP solutions that align with organizational goals.
- System Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform testing, resolve issues, and ensure system functionality meets performance expectations.
- Documentation and Training: Develop clear, concise documentation for SAP processes and procedures. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they fully understand and efficiently use SAP systems.
- Cross-Functional Project Support: Work with cross-functional teams to implement SAP projects, enhancements, and system updates that drive business success.
- Monitor System Performance: Continuously monitor and assess SAP system performance, identifying areas for improvement and addressing issues proactively.
- Stay Current with SAP Technologies: Keep abreast of the latest SAP trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities and user experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC, including strong technical knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO, and others).
- Technical Expertise: Expertise in SAP ECC, with troubleshooting and configuration skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Finance and Controlling, and Logistics.
- Experience with EDI technologies, SAP IBP, and SAP Security is a plus.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to present complex technical concepts in user-friendly language.
- Customer-Centric: Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
