About the Role: The Licensing Coordinator- International is a hands-on, growth-focused role at the heart of Crayola’s global licensing team. Working closely with the Director of Licensing- International, you’ll play a key part in keeping the team running smoothly while gaining exposure to every stage of the international licensing process. From product approvals and quality assurance to retailer engagement, trade shows, and deal support, this role offers real variety and valuable experience. Ideal for someone with early exposure to licensing who’s looking to develop their skills in an international role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Licensing Operations Support
    • Support administration of new and existing licensing agreements.
    • Maintain trackers for deals, approvals, and key milestones.
    • Assist with internal coordination across brand, product, legal, and commercial teams.
  • Product Approvals & Brand Compliance
    • Support licensed product approvals using the Brand Comply system.
    • Track approval status and follow up with licensees and internal teams.
    • Develop a strong understanding of Crayola brand guidelines and approval processes.
  • Retailer, Licensee & Market Support
    • Assist with preparation for retailer meetings, licensee reviews, and trade shows.
    • Attend selected meetings and international trade events to support the team.
    • Support new and existing licensing opportunities through research and presentation preparation.
  • Director & Team Coordination
    • Support the Director of Licensing – International with diary management, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions.
    • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action logs, and presentation materials.
    • Coordinate international travel, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Quality Assurance Exposure
    • Work with the Quality Assurance team to understand testing and compliance requirements.
    • Support the coordination of testing documentation and approval milestones.
  • Presentations & Communication
    • Create and maintain presentations for internal, licensee, and retailer use.
    • Ensure materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards.

Development Opportunity: This role offers structured exposure to international licensing, product approvals, quality assurance, and retailer engagement, providing a strong foundation for progression into licensing executive or manager roles over time.
