Crawshaw Academy seeks an Assistant Head of Year to join our pastoral team, leading pastoral support for a specific year group and coordinating targeted interventions. You will be the first point of contact for students and families, working with the Head of Year and wider team to ensure inclusive provision and high standards of behaviour.
