Crawshaw Academy in Pudsey is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join the Pastoral Support Team on a fixed-term basis until 31 December 2026. The role is term-time only (Mon-Thu 08:00–16:00, Fri 08:00–15:30) and aims to support students to overcome barriers to learning, wellbeing and engagement.
You will work closely with students, families and professionals to promote positive behaviour, attendance, inclusion and personal development, fostering a culture where every pupil feels supported.
