The predicted salary is between 20250 - 24750 £ per year.
Fixed Term to December 31st 2026. The post is offered on a fixed-term basis to provide additional capacity and support within the team. Term-time only. Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 and Friday, 08:00 - 15:30.

We are looking for a compassionate, proactive and relationship-focused Behaviour Support Worker to be part of our Pastoral Support Team. In this rewarding role, you will help create a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where every student feels valued, respected and able to succeed. You will support students to overcome barriers to learning, wellbeing and engagement, helping them to develop confidence, positive relationships and strategies to manage challenges successfully.
Through restorative, strengths-based approaches, you will work closely with students, families, colleagues and external professionals to promote positive behaviour, attendance, inclusion and personal development. We recognise that every student has unique strengths, experiences and ways of thinking. As part of our Pastoral Support Team, you will play an important role in fostering a culture of belonging, where individual differences are respected, support is tailored to individual needs and all students are encouraged to thrive and achieve their potential.

About You: A professional individual with experience of providing pastoral support to young people. A compassionate and adaptable individual who demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting the diverse needs of all pupils. Committed to building positive relationships with students, fostering respect while maintaining high expectations. A clear communicator with excellent organisation skills, able to balance firmness with empathy and build relationships with a wide range of individuals.
