Language Learning Project Officer
Location: The position is based in London, UK, in a hybrid working mode.
Hours of Work: Full‑Time
Salary: £25,520 per annum (plus an additional £3,300 per annum London Market Allowance if you are based in the London area only).
Contract Type: Fixed‑term contract for 12 months. The role requires flexibility to work across departments, locations, and with different stakeholders. Some responsibilities will be held at our Stratford office, and some in areas like Crawley and Manchester.
Right to Work: The candidate must have a legal right to live and work in the UK. We cannot offer relocation or visa sponsorship for this role.
Background Screening: All successful candidates are required to undergo a comprehensive background screening.
Role Overview: The British Council is recruiting a Language Learning Project Officer as part of the expansion of its English Language Programme. The worker, preferably a Chagossian/Mauritian Creole speaker, will coordinate and support the delivery of teaching and assessment programmes to ensure smooth implementation.
