Crawley College, part of the Chichester College Group, is seeking an enthusiastic and effective Maths Lecturer to deliver high-quality GCSE and/or Functional Skills maths to learners aged 16‑18 and adults within a Further Education setting. The postholder will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support learner progress and achievement.
- Assess and track performance.
- Contribute to curriculum development.
- Work collaboratively within the department to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
- Maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Support learners to achieve positive outcomes.
A relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and a strong subject knowledge in maths are essential.
