Work Placement Coach 325308 Are you looking for a meaningful term time role where you can play a key part in preparing students for the world of work? As our Work Placement Coach, you will: · Work closely with staff, students, and employers to co-ordinate and monitor industry placements and meaningful work experience opportunities for students on full-time study programs. · Deliver targeted group presentations, lead workshops, and offer one-to-one support to help students develop confidence and employability skills. · Promote work experience in all appropriate forums such as open evenings, taster days and induction. What you will bring to the role: · Proven customer service experience and organisational skills. · A strong ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people at all ages and levels, verbally and in writing. · Ability to work alone and as part of a team with interpersonal skills. · An adaptable and proactive approach to problem solving.
