Crawley College, part of the Chichester College Group, is seeking an enthusiastic and effective Maths Lecturer to deliver high-quality GCSE and/or Functional Skills maths to learners aged 16‑18 and adults within a Further Education setting. The postholder will plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support learner progress and achievement, assess and track performance, and contribute to curriculum development.
You will work collaboratively within the department to ensure compliance with funding requirements, maintain high standards of teaching and learning, and support learners to achieve positive outcomes. A relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and a strong subject knowledge in maths are essential.
We offer a fully funded Level 5 Learning and Skills Teacher Apprenticeship, as well as other alternative options for those looking to get into teaching.
