Crawley College, part of the Chichester College Group, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant. You will support students requiring additional help with their programmes of study across various areas within the college. This includes students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, including emotional, social, behavioural, and mobility needs. Your work will ensure that students have a rewarding and fulfilling experience at college.
Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to students with diverse learning needs, facilitating their academic progress and well-being.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working with people with learning difficulties and disabilities.
- Effective organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English at grade C/4 or above (essential).
