We need administrative and customer service support during the busy enrolment period from 10 August to 16 September 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Process applications.
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries.
  • Contribute to the staffing of admissions events.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working in a customer service role.
  • Ability to learn new IT and MIS systems.
