Do you have the ability to help steer us through our Housing Emergency?
Our new Head of Strategic Housing will have the passion and energy required to work with councillors, the corporate management team and our partners to respond to a unique combination of challenges that affect access to housing in our town.
This will include responsibility for delivering our housing options, housing needs, and private sector housing functions, as well as the affordable housing programme.
You will be a strategic thinker and a collaborative leader, able to work across multiple complex issues, driving change and solving problems. You will be able to demonstrate strong and effective working relationships, corporately and with partners. And you will have a track record of driving continuous improvement in performance and culture.
