Overview
Are you a confident, self-motivated team player? Can you demonstrate organisational skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a positive attitude to change and problem-solving skills? If so, we are looking for a customer focused individual to join our busy Facilities teams to help safely manage several facilities as well as implement and support smart technology within our sites. The role will include:
Responsibilities
- undertaking minor, installations, repairs and maintenance of the facilities, equipment, and smart systems
- health and safety checks and ensuring compliance
- planning, organising, and implementing work
- opening and closing facilities for contractors
The successful candidate must be able to undertake the physical requirements of the role.
Working pattern
The role requires you to work an eight-week rolling shift rota including early shifts, late shifts, weekends and bank holidays. The standard working week is an average of 37 hours. You will be required to undertake out of hours call outs as part of a rota.
Requirements
- a full and current UK driving licence is an essential requirement of the role
- you will be required to wear a uniform, which is provided
- you will be required to undertake a First Aid at Work qualification, for which a first aid allowance will be paid once you are assessed as ready
- post holder will be excluded from the Flexible Working Hours Scheme
