Crawley Borough Council is looking for a Compliance Manager to lead a small team focused on all areas of compliance (gas, electrics, water, fire, lifts and asbestos). You will liaise with principal contractors and provide assurance to tenants that their homes are safe.
You will maintain compliance policies, report through internal governance channels and to the Regulator of Social Housing, support internal audits, and ensure standards are met.
