Crawley Borough Council is recruiting a Building Maintenance Surveyor to join the Operations and Maintenance team in Crawley Homes. This role covers day-to-day responsive repairs and programmed inspections across our housing stock and public buildings.
You will inspect properties, prepare drawings and cost estimates, supervise contractors, certify works, and manage quality on site; liaise with tenants, contractors and housing officers.
