Crawley Borough Council is recruiting two Building Maintenance Surveyors to join the Operations and Maintenance team in Crawley. You will manage day-to-day responsive repairs and programmed inspections across housing stock and public buildings.
You will prepare drawings, specifications and cost estimates, supervise contractors, certify works and payments, and maintain quality on site while handling tenant and leaseholder enquiries.
