In this pivotal role, you will support the Controller in managing our network of drivers through our advanced despatch system, ensuring every journey is executed seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Controller in efficiently allocating jobs to drivers
  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintain a consistently high level of professionalism and customer service

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the transport or logistics industry (Essential)
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Familiarity with a despatch system (Desirable)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong geographical knowledge of London and the Home Counties
