We are now seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our fleet team based in Park Royal. This is a vital role where you will play a key part in maintaining our premier fleet of cars and vans, ensuring vehicles meet the highest standards, and liaising closely with drivers and garages. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic, professional team, supporting the smooth operation of our fleet and contributing to the quality and reliability that Crawfords is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative duties including document management, data entry, and servicing/maintenance appointments
- Process and manage insurance claims
- Check vehicles in and out with drivers, recording any damage, safety, or maintenance requirements
- Drive fleet vehicles to and from local garages and TFL testing centres
- Monitor driving behaviours and incidents through our Dashcam platform
Essential Skills & Traits:
- Full UK driving licence and be over the age of 25
- Good understanding of modern vehicle functions and controls
- Confident in checking vehicle lights, fluid levels, and tyre conditions
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Proactive with a problem‑solving mindset and a “can do” attitude
- Must live within a commutable distance of Park Royal, W3
Desirable:
- Previous experience within the motor trade or ground transportation/logistics
- Familiarity with TFL vehicle licence compliance
