We are now looking for an experienced Car Coordinator to join our Business Class operations team, a fast‑paced and professional environment where precision, communication, and teamwork are key.

In this pivotal role, you will support the Controller in managing our network of drivers through our advanced despatch system, ensuring every journey is executed seamlessly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of service and enjoys being part of a dynamic, customer‑focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Controller in efficiently allocating jobs to drivers
  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintain a consistently high level of professionalism and customer service

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the transport or logistics industry (Essential)
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Familiarity with a despatch system (Desirable)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong geographical knowledge of London and the Home Counties
