As a key member of Crawfords’ Commercial Vehicles division, this role drives the creation and delivery of impactful content that strengthens brand presence and supports commercial growth. The position focuses on developing engaging multi‑channel marketing materials, enhancing brand consistency, and amplifying Crawfords’ reputation across digital and offline platforms. Working closely with sales, product specialists, and wider marketing teams, the role plays a central part in promoting vehicle solutions, supporting campaigns and launches, and ensuring the Crawfords brand stands out in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality photography and video content of stock vehicles, handovers, workshops, events, and team highlights. Create written content including social media posts, case studies, website copy, and promotional materials. Present technical vehicle features clearly across digital and print channels.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Plan, schedule, and publish content, monitor trends, and engage with customers online.
- Website & Digital Platform Management: Maintain accurate and engaging vehicle listings on our website and platforms such as Auto Trader and Car Gurus. Write SEO-focused blog content, work with our web developer to enhance website performance, and support ongoing SEO improvements. Design and maintain email marketing.
- Brand Development & Storytelling: Deliver consistent brand messaging, highlight customer success stories, fleet solutions, and workshop expertise. Contribute to campaigns that position Crawfords Commercial Vehicles as a trusted industry partner across sales, service and parts.
- Community & Audience Engagement: Build positive relationships with customers, partners, and industry audiences. Encourage customer interaction and user-generated content.
- Marketing Performance & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign, website, and social media performance. Use insights to refine content strategy and support wider marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content creation, experience within commercial vehicle or automotive setting is preferred.
- Strong content creation skills, including photography and video capture.
- Proficient with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or similar.
- Skilled at crafting engaging, high-quality written content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.

Benefits, wellbeing and development:
- Annual Salary: Starting from £30,000.00 – Dependent on experience, discussed at interview.
- Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and additional hours for shows and events.
