Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying customer spare parts requirements: In-store, over the phone, and via email, using online parts systems
- Sales Order Processing and Invoicing: Using our Dealer Management System (Ibcos Gold)
- Organising part returns: Within time restrictions and coordinating with couriers
- Assisting with rolling stock-taking programmes: Ensuring all stock is correctly located at all times
- Pre-picking of parts
- General housekeeping: Maintaining tidiness of the department
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Managing goods in and out: Receiving, checking, and putting away supplier deliveries, and informing of shortages or damaged stock
Experience and attributes
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer communication skills and telephone manner essential
- Agricultural machinery or automotive knowledge essential
- Computer literacy: Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good time keeping
- Flexibility: Willing to adapt when needed
- Multi-tasking ability
- Deadline orientated
- Organised
- Experience working with Ibcos Gold system: Advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment as part of team and independently
Benefits, wellbeing and development
- Hourly Rate, starting from: Β£14.42 (depending on experience, to be discussed in detail at interview stage)
- Working Hours: 8am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. During Harvest, hours will be 7.30am to 6.30pm, with weekend and additional hours required for shows/working days throughout the year on a rota basis.
