Responsibilities
- Execute on our strategic growth plans
- Lead with a people-centric approach around employee engagement and experience with a focus on hiring, retaining and developing top talent.
- Drive a culture based on collaboration and accountability to lead through strong communication, empowerment, reward, and coaching.
- Translate the strategy into practical plans while partnering cross-functionally with peers who can affect change.
- Deliver operational excellence and efficiencies to maintain and drive margin through the team.
- Product development, Value Proposition, and new markets for growth to be identified to support the strategy.
- Work in conjunction with the Finance Department in developing draft budgets and have overall responsibility for financial performance.
